Wine Making
Manually harvested during the first ten days of September, a part of the bunches is spread out in the sun on racks, the remaining part, after soft pressing, is subjected to fermentation at controlled temperature.
Subsequently, the dried grapes are added to the already fermented wine and left to macerate for 6 months to then be pressed: the wine obtained returns to steel for another 6 months before being bottled.

Mature cheeses, fig tart, custard-based dessert.
